About Dr. Alexandra Kidd
As an advocate for patients and for physicians who serve patients, Dr. Alexandra Kidd is the Chair of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Honor Health, as well as the President of Gynecology Today. Dr. Alexandra Kidd is a proud graduate of the School of Medicine at Case Western Reserve University. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of California, San Diego. Dr. Kidd earned her Bachelor's Degree in Politics and Women's Studies at the University of California at Santa Cruz. She earned a Master's Degree in Public Health Policy and Administration at the University of California, Berkeley. She is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Kidd and her team specialize in menopause management. Prior to medical school, Dr. Kidd worked in Women's Health and HIV prevention in California and India. In 2004, Dr. Kidd moved to Arizona to provide OB-Gyn care to Native American Women. She traveled to reservations and worked at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center for seven years. Dr. Kidd continues to serve Native American Women on weekends at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center while running Gynecology Today. At Gynecology Today, women receive respect and empathetic care.
